Methodology

1. Hourly fetch of RSS feeds from a curated list of high-credibility sources (WHO, CDC, ECDC, ProMED) and reputable news outlets.
2. Outbreak-keyword filtering, then deduplication by URL and content hash.
3. Each item is summarized with an AI model using a strict prompt: neutral tone, no predictions, no advice, no claims beyond the source.
4. Items from high-credibility sources are auto-published; others are queued for human review.
5. Every published update links back to its original source.
